The whole area is very clean and right next to the hotel is the best view of the city. We traveled with our daughter and we enjoyed the stay perfectly. We had perfect service at the hotel, the possibility to use the pool, we appreciated the possibility of brunch on the first day. We spent a lot of time at the tourist attractions of the city, although we considered renting a car (the car rental is right next door) but in the end we only used a taxi and it was more cost effective and no worries about traffic, parking, etc. We had a spacious room with absolutely sufficient equipment, which was perfectly cleaned every day, drinking water was replenished and the room had a beautiful view. Although it was city facing, the windows were well soundproofed The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet, where everyone can choose, including our 3 year old daughter. In the evening, there is a choice of 2 restaurants right in the hotel or plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area.

Dear hotel owner! you are very lucky because your hotel has a real great team! I've been living here for almost a month and every person in the hotel gives me a good mood every day. I don’t know how you did it, but you did great! Every time I am greeted with a sincere smile by the guys at the entrance! Every every day and time!!!! Very good kind waiters and hostess, they always remember everything. The guys at the pool always greet you with a smile and are always ready to help! Room cleaning is always top notch! Receptionist work is always fast and efficient! very responsive but I want to mention some people separately. who made my stay at the hotel very kind! because of them my impression became even better! The admin Rabah - helped me every time throughout my stay! Thank you Prasang and Raque for keeping my room clean. It feels like the guys work seven days a week. Everything is always the way I like it and everything is in its right place. And my great true love and gratitude to The Manager Amine - so polite, so close to people. Always ready to help! I would say a real man! Thank him very much. You can do real things with such people! And the waitress by the pool Shanta! This is the kindest and most friendly person I have met in a long time. Every day she took care of me. Every day a person smiles and does his job very well. I ask you to pay attention to her, this girl deserves the best praise. The Vida Hotel Dubai is amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning ambiance. The food at the hotel is truly excellent, with a diverse selection of delectable dishes that cater to every palate. The facilities are great, offering everything as fitness centers and beautiful swimming pool. One particular highlight of our stay was the impeccable service provided by Almand from the cleaning service. Not only was our room kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay, but Almand's attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out. It was evident that he took great pride in his work, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring that we had a comfortable and pleasant stay were truly commendable. In addition to the exemplary service, the hotel itself was well-maintained, and the amenities were impressive. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided a serene environment for relaxation. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to explore the city, and the concierge was always on hand to offer helpful recommendations and assistance.

As a frequent traveler to Dubai, I have stayed in many hotels in the city, but none have come close to the experience that I had at VIDA Creek Harbour Hotel. From the moment that I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline. I particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the bustling city. But what really sets VIDA Creek Harbour Hotel apart from the other hotels in Dubai is the feeling of being at home. From the cozy and comfortable rooms to the warm and friendly staff, I felt like I was part of a community during my stay. This is a feeling that I have not experienced at any other hotel in Dubai, and it truly meant the world to me. Thank you so much - we had such a lovely stay with you. We actually live in Dubai and thought the hotel was perfect with a great price point, in a brilliant location. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. We would suggest this hotel to people visiting, or with a short layover at DXB airport as the hotel is perfectly placed close to the hotel, and downtown (Burj Khalifa)

The property was new and very clean. They have excellent views on downtown Dubai across the Dubai creek. The surrounding area is also very new and clean. Seems like the next boom in Dubai will happen in that area. The pool views are on another level. Also the restaurant and hookah area is perfect for a night out.
